Ticketmaster, on behalf of our clients, is committed to supporting fans who require accessible seating and ensuring the order process is as clear and helpful as possible. Many venues provide dedicated accessible seating areas designed to meet a range of mobility needs.
Accessible tickets are reserved for fans who require wheelchair-accessible seating and for their companions. Please note that these tickets must be used appropriately, and misuse may result in cancellation of the order or denial of entry.
- Buy tickets directly from the Venue. Many venues only sell accessible tickets through their box office. Search for your event at Ticketmaster.ch and click More Info in the browser or tap the ℹ icon in the App to find details on how to order. Venue websites or their customer service may also provide further information.
- Buy tickets through Ticketmaster. For events where accessible tickets are available through Ticketmaster, you can buy your tickets by emailing rollstuhl@ticketmaster.ch.
Where wheelchair-accessible seating is available, you will see the following icon on the seat map:
-
Wheelchair Accessible
Reserved for wheelchair users and located near accessible entrances, exits, and restroom facilities.
Availability and types of accessible tickets vary depending on Event Organizer policies, venue policies, and the nature of the event. If no accessibility icons appear on the map, contact us, we'll do our best to help you.
Companion tickets must be purchased in advance. Each person with accessibility needs or a wheelchair user may bring one companion, who must hold a valid companion ticket to access the event. Pricing and conditions for companion tickets may vary depending on the Event Organizer and venue.
Some venues provide additional accessibility services or accommodations.
As Ticketmaster works with a wide range of venues, the best place to get the answer is usually the official venue website. We've listed webpages for our most popular venues below. If your venue isn't listed, please visit the venue's official website or search for it online.
If your accessibility needs have changed due to a new diagnosis, accident, or medical condition, please contact us through this form. We will review your request and assist in arranging the most appropriate accommodation where possible.
