Artist Presale begins on Wednesday, March 4 at 10:00 AM local time and ends on Thursday, March 5 at 9:00 AM local time, with a ticket limit of 6 tickets per person. The General Onsale begins on Friday, March 6 at 10:00 AM local time, also with a ticket limit of 6 tickets per person.
We reserve the right to cancel your orders and tickets, and to exclude you from future purchases on our website without notice if you attempt to exceed the stated ticket limits.

When is the Artist Presale?
The Artist Presale begins on Wednesday, March 4 at 10:00 AM local time and runs until Thursday, March 5 at 9:00 AM local time. During the presale, you may purchase up to 6 tickets.
How do I sign up for the Joji Artist Presale?
Visit Joji's Artist Presale sign up page. You can sign up any time before Sunday, March 1 at 8:00 AM CET. Artist Sign-Up opens on Thursday, February 26 at 3:00 PM CET and closes on Sunday, March 1 at 8:00 AM CET.
From the sign-up page, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Ticketmaster account.
- Select the checkbox for the Artist Presale.
- Review your selection for the correct date.
- Click or tap Sign Up.
- You’re all set.
How does the Joji Artist Presale work?
Any fan who signs up will have the opportunity to participate in the Artist Presale. The day before the presale, we’ll email you a reminder with a link to access the sale.
Once you follow the link, you’ll enter a queue. We recommend joining the waiting room 30 minutes before the sale begins. No code is required, as access is tied to your Ticketmaster account.

Accessible Tickets

Venues are solely responsible for establishing their own accessible seating ticket policies. Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary by venue. Some venues sell all or a portion of their accessible seating tickets only through their box office and not through Ticketmaster.
Accessing Your Mobile Tickets
This event is using mobile entry, so your phone is your ticket. Download the Ticketmaster App to access and manage your tickets.
To find your tickets, follow these steps:
- Open your Ticketmaster App.
- Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
- If you're in another country, you can change your location by tapping the flag in the top right corner.
- Tap My Tickets and find your order.
- Tap View Tickets to access your tickets. We recommend adding your tickets to a mobile wallet so that you’ll always have your ticket on hand even without an internet connection.
- Present your tickets to get scanned for entry and you’re in!
I don’t see my order in my account. What should I do?
It may take a short time for your order to appear in your account. Please check your confirmation email to ensure your purchase was completed.
If your event is within 3 days and you still cannot locate your tickets, contact Fan Support.
Transferring or Selling Tickets
The Event Organizer hasn’t activated Ticket Transfer or Resale at this time. They may become available closer to the event, so check for updates.
