How do I buy tickets online?

Click the event you are interested in, search for it, or select a category.
Click Buy tickets to begin the ordering process.
Select the number of tickets and price level and click Find Tickets. You can also use the interactive seatmap, if it's available for the event.
The system will find the best available seats for your criteria. The tickets will be held for 9 minutes and 30 seconds to confirm and complete the order. If the order is not confirmed within the time limit, the tickets are released for others to buy.
The next step is to log into your Ticketmaster.ch profile. If this is your first purchase on Ticketmaster.ch, you will be asked to create a new account.
Select method of delivery, enter payment information, and accept the terms.
When all information has been entered, the Confirm button will be active. Upon confirmation, funds will be withdrawn using your selected payment method.
Your order is complete when you see the confirmation page.
