What if my event is cancelled or rescheduled due to Coronavirus COVID-19?
As a measure against the coronavirus, all events in which more than 100 people participate will be cancelled or postponed until.
The organizers are working hard on solutions for your events.
You will then promptly receive all necessary information about the event you have booked.
We kindly ask you to wait for this information in order to relieve our customer service.
We thank you for your understanding that due to the extraordinary situation, it may take several days longer to answer your questions and receive refunds.
