If your event has been canceled or rescheduled, you naturally have the option to return your tickets within the rules of our Terms. If you purchased your tickets on our website or phone hotline, please do the following:
Download our Ticket Refund form and fill it out. If you have purchased paper tickets or Collector Tickets, please send the ticket and refund form to the following address:
Ticketmaster Switzerland Ltd.
With eTickets, please scan the ticket refund form and email it to email@example.com.
After the documents have been received, they will be checked and then processed. Please note that the refunding is a manual process and therefore can take some time.
Further information to the process of refunds:
Since refunding is not an automatic process, we need the tickets before we can refund the ticket price.
The refund usually follows the same payment method as the purchase. If the tickets have been purchased with a credit card which is no longer in use, you must mention that in the refund form.
Please note that if the event has been rescheduled, a refund can only be made before the new date. Refund requests which arrive after the new date has passed will not be refunded.
If you purchased the tickets at one of our outlets, please contact them directly for a refund. A refund from Ticketmaster is not possible in such cases.
