Return and exchange policies are set by the event organizer, not by Ticketmaster. Organizers generally do not accept the return or exchange of tickets. You will be clearly informed of the obligations of the ticket order during the ordering process.
As soon as your order has been received, an automated process ensures your tickets are blocked for you and then delivered. An order is therefore in its own closed cycle and cannot be changed for security reasons. As soon as a ticket is printed, it is considered as sold to the specific customer. Therefore, we can't accept any cancellations, changes, or additional wishes for tickets.
